JJCJ Distributions adheres to a 30 day money back guarantee for all retail and preferred customers. The 30 days are calculated from the date the product(s) was processed with headoffice. This guarantee is fully reimbursable on the intial order,once the returned product has been received, on all single product orders only. For any purchases of two or more of the same product, reimbursement will apply to one opened bottle and all remaining unopened bottle(s).
Example: A customer who has purchased 3 bottles of Km for a total of $88.65, has completed the first bottle, but has not yet opened the second bottle, will receive the cost of their entire initial order back. If the second bottle has been opened, and the 30 days from purchase has not expired, reimbursement of the calculated tax, shipping and handling from the initial order and the cost of 2 bottles will be reimbursed only.
All costs for shipping or handling of returned product(s) will be at the expense of the customer. Distributors will receive replacement products equivalent to the initial order being returned. To activate this policy, please call us toll free at 1-877-368-5525.
A 3 % Shipping and 3 % Handling fee are added to all orders. Please note that Handling fees are still applicable on all FREE shipping offers.
There are still some "kinks" with our online cart with respect to calculating Canadian provincial taxes. Although taxes will now calculate for some Canadian orders, it may not be the exact tax for that particular province. The accurate taxes will be adjusted and applied when the order is processed with headoffice. An email will be sent to each Canadian customer with the exact totals at that time. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All orders are received within 4-5 business days of the date of processing the order. JJCJ reserves the right to charge the final fee as quoted when the order is processed through headoffice. There are situations to which charges may be higher than quoted on our website due to county/state taxes. JJCJ will absorb any differences in price calculations that are $5.00 or more.
